Your subconscious mind will accept whatever is placed into it by your conscious mind. It can’t differ between right or wrong, good or bad, real or imaginary, it simply accepts whatever is placed into it by your thoughts. Understanding this, I think it’s obvious why maintaining a conscious and a positive mental attitude is essential to live a happy, balanced and fulfilling life. If you find yourself mentally and emotionally unwell, become consciously aware of your thoughts and ask yourself if your thinking is positive or negative. You have the ability to choose what images and thoughts you wish to place into your mind. It is of big importance to understand that your thoughts steer your physical and emotional wellbeing in a major way.
When we read, watch and listen to the news, we are filling our minds with negative, fear mongering, superficial, mind numbing and dumbing information. The mainstream media comes from a very deceiving place and intentionally hypnotizes the masses with lies and misinformation to keep people robotically in line, while allowing corporations and the power structure to move forward in their new world order.

The eyes of fear want you to put bigger locks on your doors, buy guns, close yourself off. The eyes of love instead see all of us as one.”
In a society where the mainstream media is looked at as a respectable and “seriously taken” source of information, indicates why many people in the western world are very fearful, docile, apathetic, and ego driven. Instead of participating in the mental consumption of “the evening news” or the “news on the hour”, flood your mind with things that inspire and motivate you. Things that give and benefit you rather than take from, and neglect you. Negativity and anything with a lack of love is something that will energetically take from you. So, become more aware of what you are feeding your mind and your thoughts. When you catch yourself in a negative state, change your mindset and think of things that put you in a positive one.
